Shipping & Return Policies
Due to the handmade nature of my products, standard processing time is 10 business days; however, the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. If my standard processing time changes, I will display it on the homepage.
All products are shipped using USPS for domestic orders, and UPS for International shipping. You will see the available rates and shipping speeds at checkout. Tracking and delivery date will be sent to you automatically upon order fulfilment.
Pretty Litty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you need any adjustments made to your order. (If your item has not yet been made, I will do my best to honor any changes.)
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
